Services Visas & Residence Permits

Visas & Residence Permits

We process UAE residence visas in 2–6 weeks. Independent applicants typically wait 2–4 months and spend dozens of hours on paperwork. Our clients spend around 4 hours total.

How UAE Residence Works

The UAE does not use traditional long-stay work permits in the European sense. Instead, it issues residence visas tied to a specific sponsor — an employer, your own company, or a property investment. Every resident also receives an Emirates ID card, which serves as the primary identification document and is recognised across GCC member states.

All visas are linked to specific grounds for residency. If you leave the UAE for more than 6 months without a re-entry permit, a standard visa may be cancelled. Long-term visas (5 and 10 years) do not have this restriction.

State fees are paid directly by the client at government portals — we do not add a markup on fees. Our service charge covers the expertise, coordination, and your time saved.

What We Handle

The UAE visa process involves multiple government portals, medical appointments, and a sequence of approvals that must be obtained in a specific order. A missed step or wrong form can delay the entire application by weeks. We manage the full chain.

  • Eligibility assessment and visa type recommendation
  • Document checklist and pre-submission review
  • Entry permit application (if applying from outside UAE)
  • Status change application (if already in UAE)
  • Medical fitness test booking and coordination
  • Emirates ID biometrics scheduling
  • Visa stamping in passport
  • Golden Visa — full end-to-end including ICP application

Golden Visa in Detail

The Golden Visa is the UAE's flagship long-term residency programme. Once issued, it is not tied to an employer — you are your own sponsor. Family members can be added as dependants. The visa does not lapse if you spend extended periods outside the UAE.

The main qualification routes most relevant to our clients are:

  • Real estate investment of at least 2,000,000 AED (can be mortgaged)
  • Business ownership: paid-up capital of 2M AED or more
  • Entrepreneurs with a project approved by a UAE business incubator
  • Professionals with a salary above a threshold in specific sectors (doctors, engineers, etc.)
  • Outstanding students and graduates from UAE universities

Emirates ID & GCC Recognition

Every UAE resident receives an Emirates ID card during the visa process. The ID is required for opening bank accounts, signing tenancy contracts, accessing government services, and numerous private sector transactions. It is also recognised as a valid travel document for entry into Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar for UAE residents.
